HPT offers you three high functional Collapro proteins in different particle sizes. The particle size of the protein/collagen determines the functionality.

Collapro Bovine Standard
Standard is mainly applied in comminuted meat products, such as minced meat, dry sausage (salami products) and emulsified meat products. Standard contributes to a better structure of the meat (bite) and also increases the water and fat binding capacity of your meat products.

Collapro Bovine Premium
Premium partly ensures an improved structure formation, but mainly differs from Collapro Standard in its better gelling and emulsifying properties. Premium is suitable for the same applications as Standard is, but especially suitable for cutter products and functional blends.

Collapro Bovine Premium Injectable
Premium Injectable is the finest proteins/collagen and highly suitable for use in injectable brines. The injected Premium Injectable binds the water, is absorbed in the meat structure, and ensures a good binding with the muscle fibres.
