The Collapro P-500 series comprises a range of lower functional native collagens derived from rind and fatty tissue. Collapro P-500 range has medium water binding capacity. Is suitable for coarse grounded and emulsified products frankfurter types, salami, peperoni, patties as well for meat substitution. Pre-hydrated or just added dry.
